Boost Brand Identity

Bold Idea:
Rebrand a Financial District Development that had gone stagnant on the market and was facing tough competition.

Amplification:
We rebranded "Jolie" using our in-house graphics team to boost the brand identity of the building. By promoting the existing amenity package as an aspirational space, we were able to bring new media attention to it. We adjusted pricing and engaged in targeted marketing to bring the right buyers in to see the property.

Proven Results:
Since our takeover, we've done over $30M in deals and set a record for the buildings sales with the first contract above $4M.

Bold Idea:
In creating the Huxley brand, we sought to emphasize luxury at incredible value, and highlight the culture and vibrancy of the surrounding neighborhood.

Amplification:
We focused our branding on a message of value and luxury, creating interest and excitement even prior to launch.

Proven Results:
Our branding is helping us to achieve record breaking prices in East Harlem. In four months, we’ve achieved over $10M in deals and are almost 20% sold.

 

New Eyes, New Visibility

Bold Idea:
In three years on the market, the property had suffered from a loss in momentum, and was stagnant with over 90 units remaining. The developers chose Serhant to breathe new life into the project without a full rebrand.

Amplification:
The team launched an intensive marketing campaign, re-examining and finetuning every detail, starting with a creative launch where we lit up the building to get everyone’s eyes on the project. We created a huge social campaign around the launch with amazing new videos, which got over 300,000 views.

Proven Results:
Since our takeover, we’ve done over $80M in deals and broken multiple records, including the record for highest PPSF in Brooklyn with our $7.5M penthouse deal, and the record for the most expensive condo sale in Brooklyn for 2021 at $10.6M.
